Boss Lady

As the Owner and Managing Marketing Director of Siebert Consulting Group, I have worked directly with CEOs/Owners, large businesses to small businesses to build their brand more effectively – both on and offline.

I possess an extensive range of experience in marketing strategies, communications & branding, digital/social advertising, event marketing, website and content development and much more.

I believe that the best way for companies to rise above the competition is to understand your customer needs and to implement a strategy that will put you above your competitors because you really know what your customers want.  This will increase both awareness and revenue.

I recognize that success does not purely come from new products, technologies and/or services but from connecting people with messages relevant to them and this will inspire action.

I started my marketing career in Healthcare IT and then moved to consult in the corporate frozen food industry.  Marketing has been my passion since I worked my first tradeshow and developed my first campaign.  It doesn’t matter which market I have worked in, all markets use marketing, just at different varying levels.

Later in my career, I spent most of my time managing marketing strategy and initiatives of a North American provider of CAE software solutions that served all market segments in manufacturing.  My key responsibilities were to develop direct marketing and communication programs to drive brand loyalty, improve product awareness, generate new leads, and increase revenue. The main objective was to increase market share and I’m happy to say that in four short years I was able to double our market share with a very aggressive marketing mix and plan.

Now, I’m in the consulting world and sharing the strategies I have learned with my customers. Giving personalized services to organizations to drive maximum results and share the passion that I still have from that very first tradeshow and campaign. When you find something that you are passionate about you want to share it and when you’re good at it, well you consult. J

I belong to NAPW (The National Association of Professional Women) and was awarded VIP Woman of the Year and the IMA (Internet Marketing Association).

My education background is a MBA in Management and Strategy and Bachelors in Marketing Management from Western Governors University and I enjoy reading every book, watching every webinar or going to seminars on the subjects of business, strategy and marketing.  There’s always more to learn.

Tech Guru

As the Owner and Managing Technical Director of Siebert Consulting Group, I have had the opportunity to work in and with large enterprises to bootstrapped startups and nonprofit organizations leading many successful projects.

My background and professional path has been an adventure with twists and turns that has provided me a unique blend of leadership, business and technology. If I had to label myself I’d say I’m a technical business geek who loves working with people to get things done.

I earned a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University and worked in the telecommunications sector for a few years before making a small career change and went to work as a professional Boy Scout. The fact that I am an Eagle Scout might have had something to do with the decision to work for the Boy Scouts of America. During my time with the Boy Scouts of America as a District Executive I was able to further develop my organizational management and leadership skills. Hungry for a new challenge and a desire to return to the tech sector I decided to leave the Boy Scouts and jumped into a technology startup. I’ve most recently been consulting on Digital projects in the financial industry for a major US based insurance company.

As a Project Manager (PMP Certified) I have worked on multiple projects for Web Design and Development, Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), E-Commerce, Web Applications, User Experience, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Transformation, Digital Architecture, Analytics/Business Intelligence, and Social Media.

When I’m not working on a project or reading up on the newest technology trends I enjoy singing and performing with my quartet, Where’s Aldo?, or with one of my a cappella choruses.
